Caring. Strong. Self-reliant.
You became exactly who your world asked you to be.
What if the very strengths that got you here are now limiting the support, intimacy, aliveness, and rest you're longing for?
Work with MeWHO THIS IS FOR
Self-aware women, many of them practitioners themselves
Including trans and non-binary folks who resonate
Coaches, therapists, healers, healthcare workers - you may recognize these characteristics: the capable one, the person others come to, the one who's always attending to everyone else's needs before she's had the chance to know her own. Somewhere along the way, you may have learned that it felt safer to feel needed than to have needs, safer to support yourself than to trust someone else to be there for you.
Maybe you've left the career, the marriage, the religion. You've read the books, done therapy, sat in circles. You may already know your patterns, able to name them in real time, even as they're happening. And still, in the moments that matter most - a relational rupture, the edge of putting yourself out there, a high-stakes conversation - your body may go somewhere your mind can't reach in time to choose differently.
Maybe the quietest, most cutting thought shows up at 2 a.m, or in the aftermath: I should know better by now. There's a particular kind of exhaustion in knowing what you want, seeing the pattern as it's happening, and still not being able to be different.
Maybe you're in a rebuilding phase, already past the bold moves - and there's a newer worry underneath it now: recreating the same patterns with new people, in new roles, inside a life that looks nothing like the one you left.Â
What you may be longing for:
To live congruently with who you're becoming - day to day, in your body, in your relationships
To receive love, intimacy, and support as naturally as you give it
To identify a need and express it without the fear of being "too much"
Relationships that feel two-sided instead of responsibility-driven
To recognize what was never yours to carry - personally, culturally, generationally - and feel the difference in your body
To take the next risk without self-sacrifice
To feel more alive, connected, and at home in yourself
For years, I heard - and even taught - that awareness creates choice. Sometimes it does. But the logical, thinking kind of awareness isn't always where the real shift happens. What tends to move things is slower than that: making space to actually listen to the body, staying with a survival response long enough for it to complete instead of override it, letting a new experience land where an old warning used to live. That's the layer of awareness this work slows down for. It's in the pause - and in what gets paid attention to inside it - that a nervous system finds its way out of old survival patterns and into something more present, more alive, more possible.
This creates more room to receive the support, intimacy, and love you've always given others.
WHY THIS APPROACH
Here’s where my approach differs and why.
The coaching industry often focuses on insight, willpower, and mindset. Somatic and nervous system work gets closer, but both fields share blind spots I can't ignore. Embodiment techniques, wherever they show up, fall short when they aren't intentionally designed around how the nervous system actually works. Some approaches also lean too hard into big, cathartic releases - flooding the system all at once - rather than working in small, titrated doses that let activation rise and settle in a way the body can actually digest. And on a systemic level, both fields often individualize what's actually collective, mistaking regulation for the goal - when regulation, misunderstood as the goal itself, can even be used to keep female-bodied, racialized, and marginalized people calm and compliant, inside the very systems that harm them.
What I'm working toward instead is reorganization: nervous system flexibility, capacity, and discernment the ability to tell the difference between a historical cue and a present-moment reality.

Healing doesn't happen only behind a closed door. 1:1 work has its place, for sure. And collective hurt asks for collective witnessing. The strengths that were rewarded in social systems, organizations, and education can, over time, become the very things standing between you and the life you actually want. These aren't personality traits or personal failures. They're systemic inheritances, and I believe they're best met in relationship and collective witnessing spaces, not only one-to-one.
Real resilience isn't pushing through, and it isn't "bouncing back" into being strong again. It lives in flexibility - a nervous system with easy access to activation and rest, mobilization and stillness, the capacity to move fluidly between states, the way every other living system does.
We are nature. The healing capacity is already there - I don't create it. Together, we create conditions for it to emerge.
Ready to begin?
Maybe you already know. Not the kind of knowing that comes from more research or thinking it through one more time - the kind that lands lower than that, in the body, before your mind figures anything out.
Maybe you can feel a season coming. Rebuilding, preparing, laying the groundwork for something that hasn't fully arrived yet - and some part of you already senses it will take more support, not just effort, to meet it.
Maybe you've been waiting for something to show up without being able to name what it was, and somewhere in these words, part of you recognized itself.
This isn't another course, or another strategy stacked on top of everything you already know. It's slower than that. It happens in relationship - in company, or one-to-one - over time.
I see what you've carried. You don't have to be the only one holding this.
I'm here when you're ready.Â
